Vandaag de dag is Golfsociëteit De Lage Vuursche een begrip in Nederland. De baan is ontworpen door Kyle Phillips en gelegen op een prachtige, bosrijke locatie in Midden-Nederland. Mede dankzij de vele uitdagende waterpartijen is De Lage Vuursche een geweldige 18-holes baan voor clubleden.

Daan Huizing, professional golfer op de DP World Tour, is op zijn 10e begonnen met golfen op Golfsociëteit De Lage Vuursche. In het seizoen is Daan natuurlijk veel op reis, maar als hij thuis is traint hij op De Lage Vuursche.

“Veel betere grastees vind je niet in Nederland en ook de pitching green is goed en heeft veel ruimte eromheen. Op reisdagen of vlak na een toernooi ga ik beneden vaak even een uurtje, anderhalf fitnessen. Door de goede faciliteiten en de rust is Golfsociëteit De Lage Vuursche één van de beste locaties om te trainen.”
